HAZARD 58 WELLNESS

Small daily actions. Consistency over intensity.

A personal wellness space focused on movement, consistency, daily routines, and building better habits one day at a time.

START TODAY’S ROUTINE

The Hazard 58 Wellness Approach

This is not about doing everything at once. It is about showing up every day, moving safely, building momentum, and creating routines that are realistic enough to keep.

Keep It Simple

  • Start small and build gradually.
  • Focus on consistency instead of perfection.
  • Keep each routine simple enough to repeat.

Measure Progress Over Time

  • Use movement to support mobility, circulation, and daily energy.
  • Track completed days instead of judging one workout.
  • Increase duration only after the habit feels sustainable.
Harrison’s rule: complete the daily workout before beginning the workday.

Daily Wellness System

The live Hazard 58 Wellness System is connected below. Use it for the daily chair workout, timer, completion tracking, optional progress notes, and the daily work-status check.

Module 1 stores workout completion in the Hazard 58 Wellness System rather than relying on this page’s browser-local tracker.

What Each Exercise Does

Minute 1 — Slow Belly Breathing

Breathe in slowly, let the abdomen expand, and exhale gently.

Minute 2 — Ankle Pumps

Pull the toes toward the shins, then point them down like pressing a gas pedal.

Minute 3 — Heel Raises

Keep the toes down and gently lift and lower the heels.

Minute 4 — Seated Marching

Alternate lifting one knee at a time at a comfortable pace.

Minute 5 — Shoulder Rolls

Roll the shoulders slowly and comfortably while keeping the breathing relaxed.

4-Week Progression

Build the habit first. Increase the duration only when the current level feels comfortable and sustainable.

Week 1 5 minutes
Week 2 7–8 minutes
Week 3 10–12 minutes
Week 4 15 minutes

Build the Habit First

The first goal is not a marathon workout. The first goal is creating a daily pattern that is easy to repeat. Once the habit is established, time and intensity can increase gradually.

Did I complete today’s routine? Yes. Then the day starts.

A Personal Wellness Project

Hazard 58 Wellness is about building sustainable routines around movement, consistency, discipline, and long-term progress. The goal is simple: keep moving forward.
